I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
To start a return, please reach out to support@vibingminds.com. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For more information about our Refund Policy, click here.

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on is live and reflects what is in stock at that very moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item and until you complete the checkout process, another customer may purchase the same item. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, and Shop Pay for all orders. *After Pay coming soon!

What can cause my order to be delayed?
If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.

    What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?
